Abdoulaye Souleymane Diallo

Souleymane is a finance professional with wide ranging experience in the Banking Industry, Insurance Industry, the pension, mutual funds, and money market fund services.

Souleymane is a finance professional with wide ranging experience in the Banking Industry, Insurance Industry, the pension, mutual funds, and money market fund services. He is the founder and CEO of Business Beyond Borders Group Inc., a consulting firm that provides consulting services to American Companies and individuals looking to invest in Africa.

Souleymane is a founding member and was Executive President, now Chairman of the Finance Committee of the largest community organization of Guineans in the US, the NGO Pottal Fii Bhantal. He is also a founding member and former president of JVC (La Joie de Vivre en Commun), founding member of JEG (Junior Entreprise de Guinee), founding member of and former General Secretary of GSC-USA (Guinean Student Community – USA). Mr. Diallo holds an MBA in finance.

She serves as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Business Beyond Borders (BBB) Group Inc and a licensed Real Estate Agent. Aminata is also Board Member of the International Diaspora Organization (IDO) in Delaware, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cultural diversity.

Aminata holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University, and a Master’s degree in Audit/Accounting from Purdue University.

Nany serves as Chief Operating Officer of GPN Solutions, a consulting firm that facilitates business relations U.S investors and African companies. She is also Ambassador of Peace for the Universal Peace Federation.

Djenabou is the CEO of SPIRIT SAS, an Internet support company in Conakry, Guinea that aims to solve some of the network problems in Guinea.

Mamadu is an entrepreneur. He is a real estate broker in the New York metro area. He has represented major banks and many individual investors in real estate transactions.

He’s owned a telecommunication company for 5 years and presently owns a medical and other tests support clinic located in the heart of Manhattan.

Recently he has established real estate development and investment companies in 3 West African countries, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Senegal. In Sierra Leone he helped facilitate negotiation for the building of 5000 affordable homes between private investors and the government. In Guinea he was awarded a contract for the construction of 1000 affordable houses in Guinea

Felix B. Leno

Chair of the Board

Felix is an experienced attorney and risk management executive with over 17 years’ experience in the banking industry with various organizations such as Citibank, Piermont Bank, KEB Hana Bank. Felix has strong experience in U.S prudential bank regulations. He has led regulatory examinations and regulatory remediation projects and served as bank-side lead point of contact for examinations and ongoing supervision with the FDIC, OCC, FRB, and New York State Department of Financial Services. He has advised bank corporate boards on governance matters in New York City. He has played a key role in the development of Strategic Plans. He has written Management Succession Plans and led Board assessments. Served as Secretary of the Board and Board Committees (Risk Committee, Audit Committee, Compliance Committee) for 4 years.

Aboubacar Akoumba Diallo

Director

Aboubacar Akoumba is an investigative journalist specialized on governance issues in the extractive industry and financial crimes in Guinea. His work has focused on promoting transparency in the mining sector including transparency related to mining contracts signed between governments and transparency in the allocation of mining revenue. Aboubacar Akoumba was the first representative of the Association of Independent Press Editors of Guinea to the National Committee on the Transparency in the Extractive Industries. Aboubacar Akoumba currently serves as Chief Investigative Journalist and General Counsel for Groupe Frequence Medias (Guinea).

Oumou Hawa Bah

Oumou is an accomplished business development specialist skilled at creating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and community representatives, to promote sustainable growth and development in societies. She currently serves as Executive Director of Gollen LLC where she provides advocacy for private sector collaboration, and cultivate robust trade and investment ties between the US and African countries. Oumou is also a strategic partner of Kebo Group which is conducting a feasibility study report for a bauxite mining project in Guinea for Kebo Energy.

Nene Mariama Barry

Nene Mariama is financial management executive. She has worked for several financial institution such as JP Morgan Chase Bank, United Bank for Africa, PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the humanitarian world as an International Consultant focused on resources mobilization for developing countries in the health sector. Nene Mariama currently serves as Country Liaison Officer for Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. In this role, she oversees, develop, and implement strategies for children missing out on vaccination and address gender related barrier to promote immunization equity in the rural area.
